Many years ago I remember reading in the Readers Digest magazine that for a healthy amount of protein a person only needs a portion the size of a deck of cards. Wow that was easy to remember and I’m often  been taken aback when I see a person eat a steak the size of 4 deck of cards. If they could only see what their body is trying to do digesting that amount of protein.

Only eat a portion of protein the size of an iPhone. ;)
